The Wright Center is a disaster of a company. There is such a huge disconnect between upper management and the workers on the floor that they might as well be on other planets. They claim to have this caring culture, but frankly the atmosphere there is toxic. Management will drag you in for a meeting and basically say "Here are the things you, as employees, said were problematic about our company, and here's a list of reasons why all of that is nonsense. If you don't like it, get out."
They expect an unreasonable amount of work from you for not nearly enough pay. That's a chronic condition across the area, but it's magnified there. As a non-profit, they demand as much work as possible, but under no circumstances will they pay you for it. It's a disorganized mess with no communication or integrity. Run, don't walk!
The pay is slightly better than the average for the area, which isn't saying much.
No communication, toxic work culture, honestly there's nothing good about this place.
