This company has a long term recognition and history in the field of contract, per diem work in healthcare and school settings. The management is consistent meaning the staff that manages therapists is been in place for years. It will be common to have a schedule change in a contract setting or a change in weekly hours worked due to fluctuations at different businesses. The start time each day is variable , the location is variable . The hardest part of the job is this change on short notice or working hours that take away personal time . This can be negotiated , but as far as full time a commitment is needed to be very flexible and fill in per diem work as it comes available.
