Lack of leadership
Field Sales Engineer (Current Employee) –  RemoteMay 21, 2017
Management is lacking and job roles are not clearly defined. The support is minimal and could be much better. The potential is crazy, but the management is making their money so they are happy.

Smaller company, lots to learn, benefits to balance work stress
Field Engineer (Former Employee) –  Chesterland, OHMarch 31, 2017
Ohio office is a smaller company, maybe about 30-40 employees max anytime at this location. All good people. Field work is heavy travel, up to 85% work is spent on road for field engineers and technicians. Not much room to grow in company, but atmosphere is nice.
Pros
Good people, will train you and work with you regardless of previous experience, per diem benefits for traveling employees, guaranteed overtime work
Cons
Heavy amount of travel required, work in varying conditions of weather and environment (hot, cold, enclosed spaces, high elevations, etc.), guaranteed overtime work
