No training for employees and lack of communication

I really think this company could go places if they really invested in the employees it hires. They provide no training whatsoever and expect you to know everything pronto.... All they provide is a training book with the very basic information and tell you to have at it. I enjoyed most of the people that worked here. The office needs to be run differently. - more...
