Help desk is often required to work extra hours unpaid (not on salary, it is an hourly position), with promises of eventually paying you (they never do) for your extra hours. Management is very disorganized and does not trust employees, monitoring their every move. Working with the clients was great, but management seems to have no idea what they are - more ... doing. - less
