Growing company with potential but very hard work
Written by Director of IT Operations (Former Employee) from San Francisco, CA on February 8, 2016
This company grew a lot during my tenure. It went from having a very tiny kitchen that wasn't stocked, disorganization, and not too much collaboration, to being a nice office with a regularly stocked kitchen that made fresh juice every day. The work is stressful and few people take lunch breaks and often work during sick days/vacation. There are a lot - more ... of fire drills that happen that are client related, but the team does collaborate well when under pressure. There is limited flexibility and zero working from home allowed so you must be in the chair ready to work even if you work after hours. Th ... - less
Prospaid gym, stocked kitchen, fun company that does triathlons together
Consno lunch breaks, no flexibility, horrible benefits
