Burning out new managers
Written by Executive Chef (Former Employee) from Lehi, UT on August 1, 2018
Overall, it was a good opportunity for me. I got the opportunity to experience what it was like to be working in a hospital. I had the chance to learn how to create catered menus that matched the different diet requirements and restrictions of our patients.
ProsReal food made from scratch and homemade bread
ConsDistant supervisors, no listening, supervisor never documented anything that happened during shifts, employees often overworked
