Good place to work. Take care of employees nicely. Medical and Dental plan is bit high. Very good 401K plan. Growth opportunities. Work from home option

I worked for TR for many years and enjoyed the experience. Benefits were wonderful and management supportive. However, every year for the past several years there has been restructering resulting in many long term, high performing employees to be let go without any real reasoning.

The pay is adequate and every interaction I've had with the company has been Fair. The work does get a bit boring after a while, I've only been here for a year so I don't know if it gets much better. But there are a ton of resources and benefits. The pay is lower than most lawyer pay but you will literally never have to work after 5:00.

It’s easy and very flexible. The supervisors are very nice but sometimes questionable but you’ll get that anywhere you go. You get two break with a big cafeteria and they provide food.

I enjoyed a solid run at Thomson Reuters. I ended up joining through an acquisition in early 2013 and had almost six years there. Overall, the people are great and the culture reflects this. There is a very fair work-life balance. People have to know their numbers and their business, but the rewards are there if one puts in the effort. There was a recent period where there were some questionable leaders near the top, but that happens everywhere at some point and it sounds like any issues there are starting to work themselves out. Either way, this is a solid place to build a career and earn a fair wage. Land under a manager that is thinking about you and you will be well-positioned for a good run there. I strongly recommend Thomson Reuters as an employer.
