You enter and are asked to signup at a kiosk which takes your picture. They direct you to a room full of other candidates. They tell you how amazing it is to work there etc. Then you’re divided into groups and have group interviews. Then there is a mouth swab and tour of the facility.
It’s more of a group discussion type thing. And it’s quick and simple.

Very fast pace! Make sure you have 2 forms of ID and your resume. You interview in groups. Make sure you think before answering the 4-5 questions they ask. They want you to talk with confidence and accuracy. Once interview is done you take a tour of the warehouse. ( Not that long of a tour) if you’re selected to stay they will mouth swab you right then and there as a group (Be prepared) after that is done you should get a email saying “Welcome” fill out paperwork wait on background check to come back ( the longest part) then you get your schedule to work.
I had a group interview 16 people was in my group

Take a tour around the warehouse and thats it.
Group interview...they ask a few questions to the group to get a feel for strengths, weaknesses, and competence. Actual interview process for me was quick once it started and before I left I was notified that they wanted to add me to their team.
Interview process short and easy. simple questions like why do you want to work at thredup , do you have experince and how did you hear about thredup.

When I interviewed years ago it was a simple tour, and a few questions about how I felt about working in a warehouse.
