What advice would you give the CEO of thredUP about how to improve it?

Pay the employees a living wage. Work on your uph. It doesn't make sense. It waste time scanning clothes over and over again. If I'm able to style 400+ a day that's a 55 to 60 uph. Not a 40 something.

Work on the pay scale for outbound. In realality outbound is that last place for items to be checked and more than half of the time the items are marked incorrectly.

All good legimate companies have a "telephone" customer service number for issues that might occur like what happened to my pacage. To be told via a repy to an email you do not have anything to do with the actual shipping of a package does not set well.
