I worked at the Winchester warehouse.pay was good, they tell you when hired they only work 8 hour days not true . There one supperviser is a nasty man very pushy doesn’t give you any time to learn the job. From my second week there my jod was threatened. It’s was push for numbers , and don’t make any mistakes or it’s a termination threat. If you don’t fit in you might as well start looking for a job. Things will mysteriously come up missing or be added to your orders. There’s no one to go to if this happens, no Human Resources only the one superviser who even tell warehouse manager what to do. Over all it would be a good place to work if you can number crunch with perfection. Benefits are high and not many places except it because it’s out of California. The higher and fire rate is overwhelmingly high for everyone higher there’s at least two fires, I was there for two months and seen 9 people fired. Not good
