40+. That's with the training and meetings. It is a requirement at the group home that I worked with that you had to be an on-call staff for one full week out of the month. Because my house was so down staffed, I had to come in frequently to cover another shift including my own. Sometimes, at the last minute. Our supervisor put this responsibility on the clinicians because she didn't want work to disrupt her personal life.
