Give raises to the people who provide the most support to the clients. (CSI and CSS staff) They deserve it.

Frequent interactions, such as weekly Employee meetings to address issues and resolutions. Introduce or add some perks, Employees seem to produce and be more productive when a choice of benefits to choose, such as health, vision, dental, profit sharing, and life insurance plans. Also increment or a promotion for a job well done.
