Not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. I worked at Thrive in St. Louis for almost 2 years while in grad school. It was a great job. Not only did we get paid for mileage and drive time, but no expectation to do work at home for free. Yes, we do work with clients all over the place, but the mileage/drive time helps. Challenges: For me the most challenging part of this job is the physical and mental energy it takes to do one long session of therapy with a child. This is no fault of the company; this is just the nature of Applied Behavior Analysis as a Behavior Tech.
