Great opportunity to learn about eCommerce industry due to constant operational changes. While it's a great opportunity to learn, various departments that should work together have no planning and or execution contact with the front-line. The culture is not a fit for everyone due to young leadership.
Pros
Good MS teams. Wholesome lunch and snacks available for free.
Cons
Management. Two locations with extremely different cultures and environment, almost like two different companies.
