I feel used by the company. They advertise 22+ per hour for LPNs, but when they took over our company they made it clear, "NO raise in pay". I'm an LPN with over 25 years experience, mostly in home health, my pay is 17.00 per hour. No raise in sight.

Very slow work load since no longer Health & Home Services.

I haven't worked for Thrive very long. They have recently bought out Health & Home Services whom I have been employed with for the past 8 1/2 years. Thrive is a Skilled Pediatric Care company and the Nurses get the Pediatric cases first. That doesn't leave any cases for the CNA II's to do. They don't take on any more adult cases just Pediatrics.

Field hours vary per patient. On call 24 hours per day much of the time as a clinical supervisor.
