It's by contract. They give me .54 of my total take. The longer you're there the more you get. I wish I got closer to 80 percent, but they provide the building, the malpractice insurance, the ad on psychology today, billing and tax services, they get all approvals from insurance and the direct deposit. So it hurts a little less knowing they take so much. But I do ok. I make my schedule and for me with my health that's a blessing.
Very strong compensation. Thriveworks definitely pays way more than all of the competitors and offers way more benefits, clinical support, and positive team culture. If you work hard, you can make $100,000+.
