Change management culture. A lot of favoritism goes on. Very cliquish. Management is permitted to use bullying tactics and double standards. Management cannot be trusted.
Typical. Starts with a phone interview, then in person with multiple people. Followed by one more phone conversation. Took a few weeks to finalize the deal.
