Stay away toxic environment for sure . Most coworkers are good but some are back stabers along with Management trust in what I say I spent to many years of my life thinking it would someday get better before leaving because the stressful toxic environment left me no choice.
Maybe the fact that no one can tell you their job, job title, or job/description, because no one in the CORPORATE office was trained accurately. People roaming around daily with no structure/protocol/guidelines to make for a more productive workplace. All you hear throughout the building is "I think" "he thinks" "she thinks" because NO ONE KNOWS!!!!!
Apply at your own risk I previously held this position and was given 2 weeks of training and 1 1/2 WHOLE WEEKS to "prove I can do the job". You are asked to do the job of 3 people and their main and only focus is the bottom line. They asked where I struggled at then used it against me to terminate my employment. GOOD LUCK!!!
