Update 2018: Training is 2 weeks in class and 3 weeks on the phone. You'll get 30 seconds between calls instead of thr 10 in non training.

Pharr: first is a 30 min phone interview to see how well you speak. It consists of some questions like why you left previous jobs and scenarios of angry customers. Second is an in person interview. First you'll listen to calls for 30 to 40 mins. Then you'll have the questions interview for 20 mins.

Altgough they advise 5 day for full time agent... Only by secret do veteran agent like me know that you have an aditional 5 sick dependant.. Like doe sick child,mother,aunt etc your dependant. And you have to mark it exactly when you call in to adviae you will be absent. Or otherwise it they will not pay. Everyone should have this access to 10 days
