Update 2018: Training is 2 weeks in class and 3 weeks on the phone. You'll get 30 seconds between calls instead of thr 10 in non training.

-you felt the customer was wrong
-you went out of your way (beyond job expectation)
-needed to pay attention to detail

Altgough they advise 5 day for full time agent... Only by secret do veteran agent like me know that you have an aditional 5 sick dependant.. Like doe sick child,mother,aunt etc your dependant. And you have to mark it exactly when you call in to adviae you will be absent. Or otherwise it they will not pay. Everyone should have this access to 10 days
Doinng multiple projects and getting no raise. You get trained for everything and get paid like you only do one project.
