Hi. Thanks for your question. TPMG is a growing company. We have grown from a workforce of 750 employees to over 1000 within the last 2 years. As we have grown... we have heavily started working on improving training, staffing, benefits, etc. We are committed to continuing to improve the workplace and being the best employer we can be.

There are only a handful of negative reviews on this site... which is a small percentage of the total over 1000 employees in the workplace. I encourage you to consider TPMG as an employer of choice.

Hi thanks for the question. Typically you would be contacted by the hiring manager to complete an initial interview with via phone or possibly in person. You may be asked to complete a second interview with a higher level supervisor depending on position. Expect a realistic job preview, tour of the workplace, and behavioral type questions as part of the interview.

Thanks for the question. I would encourage potential employees to put their best foot forward. Dress appropriately for the interview. Be positive and smile. Be prepared for the interview with a resume, credentials, and your questions about the job/workplace.

As a float I go to so many different places Within my state. Front desk I check people in for appointments answer phones and take payments. If I’m working clinical I see which doctor I’m under check appointments so I know who is coming in for the day and triage them as they come in. I do that for the rest of the day. The shift is usually 8-5.

Hi! Thanks for your question.

There is no set uniform for our front desk or administrative type positions. We ask that employees in these roles wear business casual attire.
