Longevity of leaders does not warrant a successful company. Long-term leaders doing the same thing and expecting different results should be changed. If change occurs, results of increased census and applicants would increase.
When one leader can cause others to not feel free to approach opportunities for improvement with their team, that person needs removed. When those expecting high quality of care and services from co-workers, those doing what is right, what’s not convenient, are asked to lower their standards and expectations or get disciplined, change must occur.
No one should feel they cannot address concern without retaliation. I am watching this happen and it breaks my heart because I love my job and this organization.
Hoping a new focus of leadership will see through the politics and not continue to be blinded by the longevity of uncaring leaders who will not accept responsibility for those they lead.

Employees receive 8 PTO hours every 2 weeks; however, all holidays, sick time and vacation are deducted from it, thus, 24 total days - 7 holidays = 17 - 6 sick days (industry standard) = 11 remaining days = max of 2 weeks vacation yearly which is below the avg. of 21 days for most healthcare related jobs.

Fast-paced but tolerable/manageable. Not as bad as most skilled nursing facilities.
