Employees receive 8 PTO hours every 2 weeks; however, all holidays, sick time and vacation are deducted from it, thus, 24 total days - 7 holidays = 17 - 6 sick days (industry standard) = 11 remaining days = max of 2 weeks vacation yearly which is below the avg. of 21 days for most healthcare related jobs.

Fast-paced but tolerable/manageable. Not as bad as most skilled nursing facilities.
