Once in 2 years - for drivers and kitchen as a whole; never for me personally because I never had an employee review.

Hold everyone accountable for the job duty. So that everyone is treated equally and opportunities across the board are fair to everyone. Also I’d let non salaried individuals submit quarterly or semi annual surveys to corporate that’s higher than the DM so that they know exactly what’s going on inside the stores. I would reduce the amount of power given too DMs and SMs. I would ensure that policy’s and procedures are implemented at cohesive rate with all employees no matter their title or pay. Policies are polices and procedures are procedures. I would also make sure that ASMs get the same benefits as SMs and so does the whole team but a different portions. The store manager doesn’t operate the store alone it’s done as a team. Equally everyone else does just as much work as SMs do. They prep all materials needed for orders make the orders, box the orders and deliver aside from making the schedule and place orders for inventory store managers don’t really do much because the ASMs print out all the orders and organize them for the following day(s). They clean and restock everything, take account for inventory of what does and doesn’t need to be ordered, complete marketing when applicable, while normally only having 1 additional person. Is also have consistent rules when it comes to promotions. There should be no skipping of ODMs to being straight SMs. I also feel like you should be in each role for a certain time period. I’ve seen ASMs overlooked and ODMs promoted to being SMs but have never run an SM shift like an ASM has.

Employees are awesome, but Managers create resentment within the store due to the incessant Employee Conversation Reports and Write-Ups. They will get you for any little thing. It is hard to be proud of the work you do when you will be corrected no matter what.

Yes they are. They make you cover it up if it’s any bigger than a deck of playing cards or if you have multiple showing.
