Both positions are expected to help walk in customers throughout the day. Throughout the day, you help walk-in customers, prepare and route orders placed online, and handle the day to day problems typical of a food company. All problems are expected to be handled on your own, unless you are a top 10% store, then they will give you whatever you want.
