Work environment was up-beat and friendly.
Employees are awesome, but Managers create resentment within the store due to the incessant Employee Conversation Reports and Write-Ups. They will get you for any little thing. It is hard to be proud of the work you do when you will be corrected no matter what.
The management is forced to create constant Employee Conversation Reports for every single petty incident. Unhappy with the business practices.
One of the most forward thinking companies I've had the privilege to work for. The level of product quality they are willing to offer as well as customer experience results in the company continuously being recognized for awards not only state wide but nationally as well as they expand the company out of state. A constant 5 star rating on Yelp and an outstanding report with their customers.
