Fluctuating, inconsistent paychecks as hourly positions, if you bust your *** working hard and management notices they will give you more hours but they expect that hard work every day or your hours will get cut. The salary employees are constantly taken advantage of and overworked while given not enough staff in-store. Store managers and assistant store managers spend most of their shift in the store alone while juggling many hats simultaneously as kitchen, manager, janitor, all while helping walk-in customers, the salary is not worth the hours and workload they expect from employees.

Shifts are weird on Tiff's Treats. It changes every week. One shift could be five hours, another shift could be eight. On busy days, you could possibly work more than eight, if your availability allows it.
