Tigerspike Review - Thumb's down!
NA (Former Employee) –  NYSeptember 15, 2015
Tigerspike is an Australian company. The NY office predominately filled with Aussies so if you're into giving up your z's for s's and filling up on Vegimite this might be the place for you.

I worked there for almost a year and see a bleak outlook for this company. In my short stint there I saw about 5 people leave due to low salary and better opportunities.

They need to focus on getting new clients - so they can retain their employees and get a solid process in place. They struggle with product strategy as usually there isnt one on your team.

The team is very very green.

The only .Net Developer there Full Time
Lead .Net Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 4, 2012
Tigerspike depends too heavly on outside consultants to accomplish its work so when they hired me I was working on 5 projects simultaniously. This made it difficult to balance work with life. Management would show up late but expect me to be there at 9:00 AM sharp. The lack of leadership shows that they are on a downward trajectory.
free lunch on friday
no healthcare for 3 months, too many projects for one person to handle.
