There was a time where our entire hiring process was lengthy. We have made changes to make it more streamlined.
The steps are as follows:
1) Once your resume is submitted it gets reviewed to make sure your experience qualifies for the requirements of the position
2) If qualified, the candidate will receive an email from us to complete our online assessment.
3) Once we receive your results they are reviewed to see if they meet the criteria of the position. We will then contact the newly qualified candidates by phone to have a brief discussion. During this phone call we will ask some basic questions to see if you qualify for an in person interview. Its a good opportunity to get to see if we are fit for you and vice versa.
4) An interview is performed and depending on the position it can take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
**We have no interest in rushing our interviews. In the grand scheme of things, 1-2 hours is not a long time given the commitment being made by both parties. We believe that your work place is your second home. That being said its important for both parties to spend ample time together to make sure its a fit for everyone. The last thing we want to do is waste our time or the candidates.

The interview process at Tiles Unlimited is like no other. You will be pushed into finding out who you are and where your strengths/weaknesses lie. The support will be their but ultimately you will find out that it is all up to you to evolve.

Raises are dependent on performance. There are many opportunities to receive raises if you perform.
