Real Estate Paralegal (Former Employee) – Saddle Brook, NJ – May 7, 2019
3 Month contract for $20.00 hour. After that, say goodbye. They do not give you notice to look for another job upon evaluation. Today could be your last day. Turn out rate is bad. People come and go. They do not tell you this is a temp job with a possibility of permanent position. The work culture is good and the people are good. On the day of your evaluation, Tillman will tell you we are headed to a different direction especially financially. That means: YOU ARE TERMINATED! Human resources is a joke so cry somewhere else. They cater food to workers. But, there is no stability. Its good if you like 3 month temp jobs and collect paycheck to jump around place to place.
free lunch, work culture, professional environment
Was rebuffed when I asked if I can come in to start work at 8am. Worked here for weeks and received minimal training (less than 10 minutes total). The only positive was the pay and free snacks in the kitchen. Office had high turnover.
Lead Project Coordinator - Interim Office Manager (Current Employee) – Carrollton, TX – October 29, 2018
New start up company in the Infrastructure industry that has hit the market running full speed. Their biggest downfall is not listening to their employees who have been in the industry and want to see them prosper and not fail.
Typical work day is chasing your tail along with the fire drills from upper management who hasn't a clue.
Flexibility in work hours and working with some great vendors

Fun place to work, we work hard but the business is growing and the work itself is always interesting and varied! Great exposure to senior management. Team oriented and fun! Benefits are comprehensive and competitive. Awesome birthday celebrations!! :)

Manager (Current Employee) – New York, NY – July 1, 2018
an utterless ship - poor management, low salary, expensive benefits, no 401K contribution, no direction and poor communication from upper management, office is extremely small - practically sit on top of each other - not a great work environment
