I saw they were hiring through indeed, applied on the company site. A few days later I dropped off my resume and they gave me a call back for a interview. It ended up being a group interview. I’m sure that’s the only kind they do
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Tillys? What are the steps along the way?
Emailed me back 3-6 hours after I sent in the application online. I came in for a pre-interview that lasted about 10 minutes. I wore casual attire but somewhat pertained to the style at the store. I recommend looking at the websites features clothes and kinda match the style.
After that like 2 days later they called me saying I had a group interview. After the group interview they told us they’d email the people that got the job within 48 hours.... this was a lie lol. I thought I haven’t got the job until a week later they emailed me saying they’d love for me to be a part of their team. I’m still in the hiring process but I know orientation is on Friday’s (or at least that’s what they told me, I don’t know if they hold it more days).... so for me, the hiring process has taken about 2 weeks and a couple days
Some days are slow, some day are fast paced & some days can be slow & then fast paced I'm just a few moments it just depends
Should I wear vans, black slim pants to an interview ? (Also need help on a shirt)

Depends if they want you for work load they'll have you come in around 6am but if it's just for opening it's usually 9am - 1:30pm unless they ask you if you can extend
