We love to watch our people grow and be involved in their process! As a group practice, we have different positions available than a traditional, small private practice. Our Office Leaders meet with their teams quarterly and ask about personal goals and career paths. We have a process in place to help Sterile Techs become Dental Assistants, and we support those interested in Dental Hygiene school with flexible schedules to complete their course requirements. Our Regional Operations Coach started with Timber over 5 years ago as a PCC. The opportunities for growth are endless!
