Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Dental Hygienist in Timber Dental

Great place to work

This is the best company I have ever worked for! Love it here! Have made friends and am proud of our services. They are very supportive and helpful as well.

Management, coworkers, benefits, extra perks

The wages are fair, but not top for the area

Toxic work environment

I was with Timber for almost 2 years and am so glad I left! Firstly, they try to find the lowest paying employees. Which is why they love new grads! Felt like they always cut a lot of corners to save money. (See their health insurance and lack of 401K) The overall atmosphere was very high school, I felt like my manager was constantly talking about me behind my back. None of the higher ups felt genuine to me, even though they always had a smile on their face. There was a lot of turn over in staff. During my time there I had 4 different managers. I'm not sure why they are trying to expand so quickly. After working for a couple other offices after Timber, I can tell you that you can do better! Especially in a place as big as PDX. Great place for a new grad but not for someone who knows better :)

TV on ceiling, some offices are new

Faulty equipment, lack of management, no 401k, poor health insurance, cult like culture
