Unorganized Management with competing agendas
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Tualatin, OR – June 28, 2013
For the past 6 months, i was given the responsibility of four separate position with no support, training or additional compensation. Requesting an honest evaluation of my role and asking about a change in job title ultimately lead to me being labeled as "not a team player," and ultimately dismissed. Unless you've been there since the beginning (in which case, you can do whatever you want and get away with it),or are particularly skilled at brown nosing, expect to be completely taken advantage of, and be given job responsibilities egregiously beyond your job description. All while the management focuses on hiring their 3rd VP of Sales in a year, and takes 8 months to install toilet paper dispensers in the rest rooms.
