Great place to learn business
Written by Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) from Overland Park, KS on February 1, 2018
It’s a great place to get a foot in door some where and learn the property maintenance business. Other than that it’s very stressful, regional manager never admits making mistakes always puts blame on others. They don’t give compensation for certificates earned in hvac. Don’t call HR or you’ll have a target put on your back. Maybe it’s the region - more ... I worked in but they were not organized at all. Supervisors never did much work, I had a supervisor take credit for my own work. So make sure you document all your stuff. Be careful what you say they like to twist your words around. - less
ProsGreat place to learn maintenance that’s it
ConsUnorganized from regional manager down, Supervisors aren’t helpful, Low pay
