Poor Management and work culture- Very short staff and unsafe.

From the nursing position, training days on the floor are about 3 shifts or so, then you’re expected to be on your own. ACTUAL HR paperwork and office training is longer than that. It was a week. Bait and switch

The campus is beautiful and offers promise of the possibility of great things, but turnover is CONSTANT, management is uneducated, and workplace was toxic. Did get great experience from having to always work understaffed with terrible ratios (at times 1:35)
