Behavioral Health Associate in Lemont, IL
on August 2, 2022
This place has potential to be something great. I did work with some really great people during my time here. However, extremely low staffing made it exhausting working everyday by myself. Poor organization, low pay, and not enough staff.
RN Staff Nurse in Lodge nurse
on September 26, 2022
Poor management , zero backing from upper management. Unskilled supervisors. Poor staffing. Unacceptable interaction with upper management. Management unwilling to staff staff lodges and supervisors unskilled. Paper charting. You will acquire zero nursing skills here.
Case Management Coordinator in Lemont, IL
on July 29, 2022
The company is not fully-staffed and is barely operating. This is causing employees to take on additional work with no added compensation. In addition, the company is providing a disservice to the residents due to our inability to meet their needs. Upper management does not listen to employee feedback and shows favoritism when promoting employees. TK does not plan to work out issues; they are reactive.
Clinical Therapist in Lemont, IL
on June 9, 2022
TK used to be great to work for until it was brought by its current parent company. They continue to increase work requirement and lack of support and there is high turnover and high stress. I went through 9 CEOs while there.
Behavioral Health Specialist in Lemont, IL
on April 8, 2022
The job itself wasn’t bad - I enjoyed getting to know the residents and playing whatever small role I could in their recovery. The employees and management were what made the experience pretty awful - incredibly negative, gossipy, and backbiting staff and lack of good leadership. Culture definitely left a lot to be desired!
