How bullying and intimidation of employees by a number of management morons who's qualifications within their jobs held,should be monitored then shown the door helped by a foot!full of the same unedible vomit and their unmasculine insecurities evident in total contempt in unprofessional behaviour and words towards staff (women) which is bullying of the highest level. But because of the ' big-boys-Club' culture within the whole organisation nothing is addressed or dealt with when bullying and intimidation continues is constant and relentless for all those suffering at the hands of these incompetent fools happening under the very noses of yes the 'boys in the club!!! While women are made to suffer and carry departments without any support or help, but the words given thankless negativity never thank-you made. Employee working all hours evident of work ethics and goals made documented, whilst these sick morons above reap the rewards off others efforts and work.
I am one of the many lucky to of been let go, but feel sorry for the many left behind.
Its like having to relive the Holocaust and having to face Hitler each and every day and don't worry about a pay rise you can be 80 years old still working there and still only earning the measly $12 an hour you were earning when you got the job at 18. No raises no bonus done expect a pay bump. They force you to take vacation days when its the departments fault for the absence of the day.
