TIC keeps their employees busy on a daily basis but doesn't push too hard to the point where it's consistently hard to keep up. Management is competent and helpful. The work culture is amazing being that it's a family owned company, and they're quickly growing. I've personally learned A LOT about financing and customer service in general. The hardest part of the job is not getting overwhelmed when the call volume is high and you are still expected to meet your queue count. The most enjoyable part of the job is the coworkers and the team work values. The company also has lots of incentives available like commissions, collection contests, luncheons, etc. Raises aren't guaranteed, so that's also a bit of a negative. You can be an amazing worker but if the company is at a low they won't give raises. There is going to be a lot of new positions opening up to allow for advancement but at the moment the only way to advance is to switch to a different department (which is limited) or go up to management which is currently fully staffed.
