Another greedy company that doesn't show they value hard work and hustle. They would rather pay for mediocre work with lower sales volume than to reward $100,000 increase in total sales over the previous year by raising sales goals to exceed that by an additiional 10% just to be paid the base commission of almost nothing. Even with that amount of increase, - more ... it's pretty ridiculous that it cuts your salary to less than half the previous year amount even with that huge of an increase in sales. Management was made aware, but refused to do anything about it. They just said you have to sell more. - less

ConsLethargic sales reps were given low goals and go getters were expected to increase even more.
