Cutting hours with little notice. Going from 5 days a week to 3 with a weeks notice, and shutting down for 9 days is very hard financially. Many employees don't feel like they have a stable job anymore.

Unfair to make you stand and keep parts to 4 sit on their butt inspectors
Low pay, no positions yet new people gets to pick their job, I was dumped in a job no one wants, and forced to keep ,6 months+ while everyone else gets moved to different areas

Not appreciated, unfair work situations,forced to keep position while new people gets their choice of better jobs, low pay, no fork lift positions but a new guy was training. You stand and keep parts going to ,4 sit on their butt inspectors
