Interview was a panel board very nerve racking.
Phone call from Hr, then if you get past that step you have an official 1/2 hr phone interview with Plant Manager. If you get pass that then you have a panel interview with about 3 people with the stupid antiquated canned behavioral questions. Then finally a plant tour. Good luck, it appeared that nobody was enjoying their job at this plant. GRP Canton
There was a phone screen. An interview was scheduled several days in advance, then there was another phone screen for a 1/2 hour the day before the interview. They were the usual old questions - Why did you leave your former employers? What were you earning? Where do you see yourself in five years? Then the unusual - Do you know this job is another city that may require relocation from where you currently reside? We want to make sure you didn't leave a previous employer because you didn't like it there? How many children do you have? I withdrew my application.
Can you have a criminal record and still get hired here
Just talking about how you work best alone or as a group. What goals I had and where I wanted to be yes from then
