Big corporate CaseIH dealership. Being corporate, there is the expected good and bad with being corporate. Yes, managers will listen to you, but are not obliged to really do what you have in mind. There is considerable corporate 'busyness' that really isn't accomplishing anything. Ag dealerships seem to need employees who don't have any home life. - more...

Not always a great atmosphere to work in. There was always an underlying tension in the work place. I think that it could be a little better and at times there was like a family in the building that you were never able to belong to.
