Boring. Underpaid. Not worth it.
MOBILE EXPERT (Current Employee) –  Herriman, UTDecember 28, 2018
The pay for this position is not worth it, and whats worse is that if you work for a T-Mobile coorporate store you get paid almost double what Titan gives you. And you spend all day staring at the walls begging for someone to come in, and when they do most of the time it is for a bill pay or phone issue. Not worth the effort needed for this job.

Productive and easy going
sales rep (Current Employee) –  Omaha, NEDecember 20, 2018
When working at T-Mobile there’s times where it can be really easy and good with traffic. There are also some days where it can be really slow and not have that much customers. The new manager was not so good at managing the store.

Fun place to work! Great culture
Mobile Expert (Current Employee) –  UtahNovember 20, 2018
Titan Mobile is a fantastic place to work if you enjoy working with a team! Leadership throughout the company is very supportive and willing to help with anything necessary. Goals are challenging but you are given the tools necessary to accomplish them. Compensation is more than fair, especially if you are a motivated individual. Work-life balance is encouraged which is appreciated and unusual for a sales job. Lots of fun contests and incentives/discounts for working at T-Mobile. Customers are awesome and are the #1 priority. Would highly recommend Titan Mobile to anyone!!

You're a slave to the labor.

Ever wanted a job that didn't care about you? Ever want to hear constantly about numbers and never be told you've done good job? Have you ever wanted to feel like you don't matter? If you can answer yes to these questions, than this is the job for you. Besides a store manager to plays favorites to one employee and forces everyone else to cover and work long hours to cover him, you'll be treated to unrealistic goals that are set for you to meet and then you're made to feel like you're not even human when you can't achieve them or you do actually do it and you're made to feel even worse because they was something else you could of done better on.

The actual store manager does try at this location, but the District Manager couldn't care less about you, even to the point that they'll constantly plot and scheme to get rid of you whenever you are actually doing a good job. My time with this company was very toxic, I dealt with with people who lied and cheated the customer to make sales, and when all was said and done. I was told I had to quit or get fired and they'd keep my final check.
Pros
Store Manager (Sometimes)
Cons
The employee he played favorites with, being constantly lied to your face, and made to feel like garbage all the time.

Short staffed, long hours, horrible workplace culture, upper management needs to get their stuff together.

- Never have a week where things will go right
- No matter if you did everything right, there's always something wrong that they will find and harp on you about.
- Pay and commission structure is laughable....and this is not my first rodeo with a commission structure at a cellular retail location.
- MICROMANAGEMENT TO THE MAX...
- the big wigs upstairs don't give a rat's behind about company culture, team culture, leadership, and having people with the right values and ethics to build that.

Fun work place. Commission pay scale is LOW.
Retail Sales Associate/Mobile Expert (Current Employee) –  Holladay, UTMay 12, 2018
The amount of money you make depends very heavily on you performance. This makes the pay change drastically during slower and busier times of the year. The workplace is laid-back. The managers are cool. The pay is just inconsistent due to the lack of store traffic in the off season.

Titan Mobile is a great company to work for as a teenager or young adult. At this time, there is not enough traffic and commission for me to make ends meet.
