Food Service Supervisor/Director (Former Employee) – Waco, TX – July 14, 2019
I thought this would be a good place to start a new career, but boy was I mistaken. Working with the inmates was safer then working with my coworkers. The female's were extremely jealous, management didn't care about the harassment, they had their favorites, some people could wear whatever they wanted to wear and other's had to comply with the dress code, it was simply stressful.

The job isnt hard poor Management and lack of communication makes it hard. Never been on a job when they just let u fall and don't care. No they dont promote within. The jobsite very messy. I had jobs this is the worst. That's why turnover rate is high.
