Productive work environment

I preferred working at a facility instead of the clients homes. Most clients wanted me to just come over and clean instead of care for them. Overall, taking care of people for this company was a good experience.

Loved my clients...hated the hours...had to fight to get enough hours

You will love the clients! But if you do not like housekeeping, this job is not for you. 75% of my week was spent cleaning. You are told that you can refuse clients (and you can), but then additional hours or clients become "unavailable ".

I love the benefits

I have health insurance, paid retirement contributions, and vision/dental. I like I can pick my own schedule, when I work and what I do on shift. It is hard work, even companion shifts but the people are awesome.Advancement isn't really possible but I work another job, too.The hardest part of the job is when you don't know the client yet. It can be a little strange but the office gives me a plan of care all about the client before I go. I don't like pets in the house, so I have less hours than I would if I was ok with animals.
