Recruiter Coordinator (Former Employee) – Elizabethtown, KY – December 27, 2015
client calls need employees go work temp. I search for employees to go to the assignments.
That some people just doesn't want to work. learned how to drug test, give aptitude test, give orientations and placement for the employees.
There were only three of us in that handle the office. Regional manager, that managed more than one office. Marketing Representative who was all way on the go trying to get new business. Then there was me Recruiter/manager, handling the workload of trying to fine dependable workers for our clients.
I seem to think we got along great.
Getting people to work and complete their assignments.
I meant good clients and a lot of people that did want to work. joy that some work hard then finally got full time.
Laborer (Current Employee) – Covington, KY – July 17, 2018
Great place to work. Decent pay and good jobs. Just need more hours and jobs. Supervision was great. Training was effective and easy to catch on fast. Would recommend this job to anyone wanting to work part time.
The jobs they have are paying up to $18 an hour and they take you to and from work. Everyone else liked working there and the management was organized and professional. TLC has the best jobs in the area.
Recruiter/dispatcher (Former Employee) – KY – November 20, 2017
It was very intimidating, felt bullied. There was zero communication. The pay was not worth the hours expected of you. You were not allowed time off for any reason, did not earn sick time or vacation time.
warehouse (Former Employee) – Columbus, OH – December 27, 2014
I worked for Rumpke where we sorted through recyclables and separated them by type. Pieces of trash would fall on your head and it was an open warehouse so in the winter no heat. The managers were very respectable and they helped as much as they could. The people I worked with were very nice and they would help when needed.
