The work environment and lack of proper office equipment
Answered - Property Manager (Current Employee) - Chicago, IL
I wanted to retire from this place but the management made my job so impossible, always calling us into office, to write us up because we had to work so short handed, we couldn't get everything done
Management not only do they refuse to help do anything,, they gossip like preschoolers.... they have their favorites and they do not try to hide it.....
What is really sad is when you have put your heart and soul into a company and the residents for 13 1/2 years and get treated the way I did by the administrator and a new assistant manager of dietary who doesn't no a dam thing about nursing homes and get demoted for no reason. I have always done my job full Hartley and the residents where very happy with me and I had no food complaints I loved my job but management was very dirty. Now the people that are suffering is the residents and for what.
Always working short handed and management plotting behind your back
Unfair or preferential tteatment.
The management, they are not helpful and sometimes goes behind your back if they don't like how you do things
Unorganized office staff, throwing nursing staff around randomly.
