Be open about why you work in this field and what you value in a job. if you value teamwork, making a difference, and being part of something bigger than yourself, you'll be a good fit. If you're just looking for something to pay the bills, you may not be happy.
Don't interview with TMC
Give TMC a chance! Some buildings are good, if they have a good RD! My advice...if you do have any problems with management, policies or other employees, keep it to yourself or move on! TMC does not like employees that challenge any aspect of their company! They think they are the "best" in the field! They will find a way to fire you or force you to leave if you have any problems or complaints about the way they do things!
Simple, don't interview at TMC. You can find a better job with someone else. Even if you do get things in writing with them, they'll still find ways to BS you out of promises they make.
Make sure you get everything you discuss in writing. All facilities are not ran the same, some are actually really great.
