High productivity standards and stressful/demanding schedule
Full time SLP (Current Employee) – Texas – December 31, 2018
I love the people I work with, but the company has extremely unrealistic productivity standards (98%). That is even expected for evaluating therapists, which is honestly ridiculous and really unethical in my opinion (they have the highest productivity standard of any company I've heard of). Although they do pay well, it's an extremely stressful job. I also have been having an extremely hard time taking off work for doctors appointments because there is no one to cover my schedule. I understand they expect people to work their shifts, but when it's an emergency or a doctors appt due to pregnancy, they should definitely be more understanding. There is very little PRN help in my area, which is a big issue. Overall, it is a very stressful job due to the high standards. Honestly, if it wasn't for that and the lack of PRN help and schedule flexibility, I would recommend this company a lot more.
Great co-workers, great insurance/health benefits
Unrealistic productivity standards, demanding work schedule, stressful
