I have found over many years of Hotel business. The employees should be trained to where they understand their job and they then need to be accountable. Don't make excuses. Put yourself in managements position. They have to set budgets and meet these figures or the company will go by role. That means cutting expenses. Payroll is an expense. If you can do more to help the company . That is your job security. Be 100% in with everything you do in life, it all comes back to you.
