I have found over many years of Hotel business. The employees should be trained to where they understand their job and they then need to be accountable. Don't make excuses. Put yourself in managements position. They have to set budgets and meet these figures or the company will go by role. That means cutting expenses. Payroll is an expense. If you can do more to help the company . That is your job security. Be 100% in with everything you do in life, it all comes back to you.
Go find a real job that pays more because the Hyatt hotel will beat you out your hours an work you to death for 8 bucks an hour Tonya in Mishawaka head of housekeeping needs to be fired all she do is walk around looking pretty won't help clean won't even pick up a rag an help her team this job is a flute poor place to work I make 11.50 cleaning one store an there very nice thanks Hyatt no no no
Know that management only cares that there is a body in the position. do not expect management to train you properly or know how to use the system. you will not make any money here and you will not be appreciated
