Overworked, GM responsibility changes daily and can result in the major portion of their job not being done correctly example building rapport with customers. I personally worked in for different offices, lost days off, my pay was cut when my office was short staffed, they found the loop hole to not pay overtime, and it is all legal. I was the GM titled in one office but covered four office. After bad numbers, even when vehicles were repossessed and not sold through the company website, you still get reprimanded. TitleMax was a wonderful place to work until changes in point of sale system, the way we sold repossessions, and upper management. In some markets this might work but the office I was transferred to was an underperforming office and had been for over a year prior to my transfer. I was a training manager in my prior office and lost everything I had worked hard for. I had respect from all employees in my district and they would call me for help, even a GM that had been with the company longer than myself. TitleMax upper management micro manage it hurts the office that ask for help from district managers don't have time because the turnover is to high, district is consistently short handed. Written warning and action plans only mean you are going to lose your job. Even if you work 8a-8pm for months your life and health doesn't matter. I will never recommend anyone to go to work for TitleMax. You only keep employees that can manipulate the system to make their numbers look good. ACV desk is a joke, my store manager made many mistakes and submitted vehicles as A when they should have been C vehicles. Messed up accounts in the point of sale system made numbers high. Repossessed vehicles sat on lot for months due to customers filing bankruptcy after the vehicle was repossessed and bankruptcy department would never respond to emails from district managers or office. Icing on the cake you terminate employment during holidays. Take vacation time they have worked for.
