No advancement opportunities, currently in Florida. No organization or structure. Company and Management does not care about employees at all. Employees NEVER receive raises!!!!

horrible company they made you work long days no help management didn't care for the lower employees and look for anyway to make your day hard pay is ok but not worth it

Recently left ohio market. Very proud to have worked for them. They truely do care about their customers and their employees. Company made me feel valued. Felt like a real future was possible. Upper management did really care.
As for customer side of business...Truely lowest rates in this industry.
What past reviews say about company is incorrect. Company goes out of their way to continue and build relationship with their customers. Using a vehicle as collateral is just like needing your electric on...however some customers dont put this bill as a priority which means YOU put your vehicle at risk when you dont pay. Titlemax by no means enjoys having to collect tje vehicle to repay the loan that YOU defaulted on. People do not understand the fees and process behind it.

With the right manager, great place to work/but hours are long.

A typical day at work as a csr, you could go from talking to customers on the phone to greeting them at thier door. The managers are good teachers, most of them teach you with the intentions of you advancing in the company. the hours are very long and it leaves little to no time for family life.
